Engine 701 was purchased new in 1967. Since then it has been totally refurbed and retitled to keep the tradition of Mack Fire Apparatus alive within the Alert Fire Company. -1250 GPM two stage waterous pump

- 7 SCOTT 4.5 breathing apparatus
(6 spare cylinders)

- 1100 ft 5" LDH/450 ft 3" hose

- prepiped deck gun to step set up as needed

Engine 701 works at a smoke condition on 4 South Second St. in the borough, a three story tennament building.
